I purchased an ECOCA SJ20 via TMMP’s website. I also took advantage of their Assurance+ service to have the machine collected from the seller, then delivered and installed at my site. The buying process was straight forward and the service was excellent. It was particularly good to know that they are at the end of a telephone line to help answer any questions I have.
