Job Title: Business Operations Manager (also looking for investor/partner who may take on these duties)

The Machinery Management People have an exciting opportunity for a Business Operations Manager based at their head office in Norwich.

As Business Operations Manager, you will work alongside the Managing Director in a young and developing company offering machinery sales and support via our trade platform. You will be working with sub contract engineers and developing a core engineer support base. The role will require good organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks with a wide range of suppliers and customers.  You will also be key to developing the company’s online ‘self-upload’ operating system. The successful applicant will be flexible and happy to work in a young company with little or no supervision, and will have the drive and passion to support the development of our growing business.

Business Operations Manager – Key Responsibilities:

- Customer liaison

- Engineer coordinating

- Site Job management

- Trade platform management

- Customer account management

- Telephone sales

- Managing the company’s marketing provider / contract

Experience required:

- General engineering experience preferably CNC machines/production equipment

- Customer liaison/care

- Microsoft suite

- Google Adword campaign management

- Good telephone manner

- Full driving license (maximum 3 points)

- Possible site visits throughout the UK

Sallary/package:

- Salary up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience + benefits

- Attractive bonus structure after 3 months’ probation (subject to experience this may apply sooner)

- 26 days annual leave + stats

- Location: Norwich

- Hours: 09:00 -17:30 - Monday - Friday
