New arrivals join the team at The Machinery Management People

We are delighted to announce the arrival of both a new Technical Director, Benjamin Parker, and Business Development Manager, Scott Cogman, here at The Machinery Management People.

Benjamin Parker joins the team bringing a high level of technical know-how and machinery expertise having worked previously for two Formula one teams and a handful of multinational aerospace companies.

Ben trained at EAGIT Technical training college in Norwich and time served as a tool maker specialising in Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM).  

His wide-ranging career has included running his own company, consulting, programming, operating machines and product/process design and development. He has also been charged with running several large teams of people and has proved himself adept at getting the best out of people.

Coming from a business background predominantly encompassed by motorsport and aerospace Ben brings a new and exciting set of skills to TMMP.

Scott Cogman joins having spent the last two years in a business development and operations managerial role at a thriving local business park, trebling occupancy levels and managing successful site projects.

Having grown up in Norwich, Scott graduated from the University of Worcester in 2013 with a degree in Business Management.

Whilst studying for his degree, Scott complimented his degree by joining the Birmingham University Royal Naval Unit.

Since graduating, Scott has since been in sales, project management and operational roles for firms across Norwich and Norfolk, with both national and global customer bases.
